RECIPE EVENINGS

Themed Recipe Evenings are held twice a year. Recipes are compiled and handed to volunteer cooks who prepare the dishes and bring them to the meeting. The cooks introduce their dishes in turn, covering the salient points of the recipe, pointing out any omissions, additions or changes. They talk about the ease or difficulty of the recipe. The meeting then gets a chance to question the cooks. At the end, the meeting is given an opportunity to sample the dishes and comment on them.
